Meditation and Emotional Well-being Group

Meditation and Emotional Well-being is central to building a solid foundation for stability, happiness and inner peace. Learning to get to know yourself, like yourself and be your own best friend is definitely something that’s important for us all to do. This is where we learn to be self-assured, independent and in tune with our own vibe.

Sadly, this isn’t something that we’re all taught in life but it’s such a big part of our personal development and spiritual growth.

This weekly group supports you to:

  • learn how to connect to yourself on a deeper level
  • recognise what you are feeling
  • learn how to manage your emotional well-being
  • begin self-healing through a range of tools, including meditation

Each week, we undertake some learning and sharing to help us all expand in our awareness and get in tune with our emotions. We also do a guided meditation together.

This group started as a meditation group but is growing organically in to a safe space to learn all aspects of emotional well-being and meditation.

We meet at Manor House Community Centre, Haddenham Road, Leicester every Thursday at 7pm. Below are the dates and themes for November’s meetings.
